I (Vipul Gupta) and a few other members at our Association get a notice from Economic Offence Wing (EOW) New Delhi for Bayan on new FIR EOW lodged as witness and to add their names to new FIR, Myself and our president, Lt General Sir, met ACP EOW and explained the scam done by Ashish Bhalla towards buyers of WTC NOIDA. ACP EOW listened to us carefully and was sympathetic to our plight and promised to work for the buyers’ best interests. We also met the investigating officer (IO) EOW and gave all relevant information to IO EOW, including a letter from our president, General Sir, a detail letter.
